New CrossFit Lite Classes

CrossFit Lite classes starting Thursday, February 5th. CrossFit Lite is designed to maximize your Fitness by using a variety of different body weight movements and light equipment, such as kettle bells, wall balls, boxes, etc. Participants should notice an increase in cardiovascular health, endurance and overall strength. Open to all fitness levels.  The first 20 people to sign up pay only $75 month unlimited if paid on the first of each month.

Classes will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 11am, Monday and Thursday evening at 7pm and Saturday at 10 am.

 

Olympic Lifting

Olympic Lifting 2 x week starting Tuesday, February 3rd. Tuesday and Friday’s 5pm and 6pm sessions. Space limited. Reserve your spots now for February by messaging Kim Williams or by email 44kwilliams@gmail.com
