September Running Challenge

Members of 15:13 completed a 100,00 meter rowing challenge in the month of August. Septembers challenge is running.  Members, with the direction of Coaches will complete 1 of 3 levels of the challenge based on their current running routine and/or abilities.  Running completed in warmups and workouts can be used towards the challenge.  Miles do not have to be completed at one time.  Most likely they will be accumulated over the week.

Level 1 – 5 miles week 1, 10 miles week 2, 15 miles week 3, 20 miles week 4

Level 2 – 3 miles week 1, 6 miles week 2, 9 miles week 3, 12 miles week 4

Level 3 – 2 miles week 1, 4 miles week 2, 6 miles week 3, 8 miles week 4 – Run or walk
